What is your delivery time?
STY products are delivered the Next Day to all Lahore addresses and 3-5 Days in other cities (The aforementioned delivery times are subject to business days i.e. Monday-Friday).
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be dispatched the following day.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account on the website.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order through your personal STY account or by writing to us at support@stymeup.com
What payment methods can I use to place my order?
You may pay for your order via Cash on Delivery (More to be added)
How can I check what size is best for me?

What is your return/refund policy?
We do not refund products or return them unless they are damaged before arrival. All sales are final. Please refer to the question below for more.
What is your exchange policy?
If the product has not yet been worn, the size or color depending on availability, may be exchanged.

What do I do if I have received an item that looks different to the image shown on the website?
You can reach out to us at support@stymeup.com with a picture of the received item so our support team may verify whether or not the report is deemed valid for an exchange.
